Job Requirement :

Candidates must have a good understanding of architectural design process. Any basic understanding of engineering will be an advantage, but is not essential.

Must have at least a degree or diploma in architecture or interior design
-
Any previous experience working with foreign architects will be a plus.
-
Good spoken and written English and Khmer
-
Knowledge of construction detailing is essential.
-
Excellent interior design skills, including concept and rendering will be advantageous.
-
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup and Photoshop is essential. Working knowledge of Revit will be an advantage.
-
At least 1-2 years experience.

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
To incept and execute all aspects of design works from concept design to design development phase.
-
Candidates must have basic knowledge of international design standards and planning guidelines, and familiar with Cambodian submission procedures.

Regular reporting to team leader, or those appointed by Director of Architecture.
-
Mature, dedicated, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
-
Willing to OT to complete the assigned project
