•  Experience in the Air Conditioning and in a technical support role.
•  Knowledge of leading brand names and products in the SRV/Splits market.
•  Qualified in Mechanical Engineering
•  Must be able in English language
•  Must be product oriented with a technical approach
•  Acknowledgement of Computer Ms Word and Excel and Auto Cad

•  Providing Technical Support Leadership of the Air Conditioning business,
•  Providing communication between technical teams and the customer
•  Leading technical support team.
•  Technical Training for all air conditioning products.
•  Technical support of sales for the air conditioning business.
