Within the Agriculture Programmes in Cambodia, SNV focuses on increasing the agricultural productivity with sustainable practices, linkages to reliable markets, nutrition-sensitive and climate smart agriculture. SNV supports sector development by working with key stakeholders to improve access to markets, provide knowledge and skills training, and by promoting gender and social inclusion.
We are looking for a competent, motivated, result-oriented individual to support the agricultural PADEE project, 50% in knowledge management and 50% in value chain development.

• Master’s degree in agribusiness development, business administration or agricultural economics; hands-on knowledge in business management and planning; experience in collaboration with public and private stakeholders; relevant working experience with innovative agriculture knowledge development; relevant working experience with linking smallholder farmers to markets; proven experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation and program management; proven experience in capacity building, facilitation of multi-stakeholder processes, organizational learning, change processes, gender, empowerment and governance.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, coaching and communication skills and writing skills in English; able to write case studies and share knowledge.
• Proficient in MS word & excel at advanced level.
• Willing to travel to the provinces 60% of the time

• Under the overall guidance of the SNV PADEE team leader:
• Lead the farmer-to-farmer learning events in close cooperation with the provincial representatives in MAFF
• Support the implementation of the value chain strategy in close cooperation with MAFF/MoWA
