Job Description :

General Summary: Manages agricultural product export, import and promotion of the company’s products and services through target provinces/cities. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through effective management of sales and marketing. Identifies new area of business and develop new marketing strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales.

Job Requirement :
  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of three years of related experience or training in promotion of agricultural commodities; or the equivalent combination off normal education and experience.
  •  Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.Should a knowledgeable person in agriculture (cultivation, harvesting and crops/fertilizers selection).
  •  Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. 
  •  Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. A valid driver’s license.
Job Duties :
  •  Develop sale strategy, best practices and procedures for the company
  •  Communicate and networking with international buyer and local supplier for export agricultural product such as corn, cassava, rice and soybean etc.
  •  Sources out potential agricultural product buyer and supplier.
  •  Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with managing director.
  •  Manages and develops sales to meet sales targets set by Managing Director.
  •  Reviews progress against action plan of sales roles throughout the company.
  •  Forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  •  Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  •  Assists Operation Director in establishing personal contact and promoting a wide array of networks with key potential buyers/clients.
  •  Establish and conducts programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, and competitive strategies.
  •  Holds regular meeting with management team of the company.
  •  Conducts field visits to target provinces and farms of the company.
