Building Community voices (BCV) is vibrant and pound Cambodian NGO which aims to promote the collective voice of marginalized people in order that they are able to secure their rights. BCV promotes community capacity for expression through community networking advocacy, speech, video, song, theatre, dance and other arts. BCV is seeking qualified Cambodian nationals to fill the 2 position based in Phnom Penh following:

Job Requirement :
|
|
-
University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resource, Management or relevant experience;
-
At least two-year relevant experiences; with preferably NGO sector
-
Knowledge of computer literacy, including: Ms Word, Excel, Power-Point, internet and email
-
Knowledge of English and Khmer
-
Ability to work independently and also as part of team and be able to travel to monitor at provinces.

Good interpersonal skills, time management and honest and reliable person

Job Duties :
|
|
-
Prepare correspondents to the relevant government, donors, NGO partners and other stakeholders
-
Ensure that staff record including staff leave, travel, staff personnel information are kept up to date
-
Take minute and produce general meeting reports
-
Review Asset management - ensure that new purchases and equipment transfers are record onto the inventory lists in a timely manner and labeled properly
-
Process purchase orders and obtain quotations for materials, equipment and services as requested by project staff and ensure that the procurement request and approval process is adhered to, and supporting documents are completed before the approval of any procurement
-
Support and follow-up with internal/ external audit recommendations in the area of human resources, procurement and administration
-
In collaboration with the Program Coordinator and Executive Director and relevant staff review current systems for staff assessment, analysis, performance and staff development
-
Develop and maintain an appropriate HR filing system to include all essential relevant documentation to ensure accurate documentation for audit purposes
-
Monitor the milestones of staff/ intern contract and performance management process, making sure relevant procedures are implemented (end probation review/ reporting, annual review, and end contract/ end service)
-
Actively lead in the recruitment process for new staff/ interns, including: giving advice on standard job profiles, advertising, interview process and contract issue

Ensure new staff undertake a comprehensive induction process

Assist in Proposal writing and Report writing on related area of administration and Human Resources
