This position will be responsible for Human Resources Management and Administration including IT and other general assignments under the supervision of the Operations Manager. This position will support the day-to-day administrative support needs for the CI-Cambodia program including reception duties, appointment scheduling, logistical and travel arrangements and other such administrative duties that support a well-run office and maintenance of IT system in coordination with regional and global IT team.
The incumbent will also serve as local Human Resources coordinator, providing advice and administrative management of a wide variety of HR functions. He/she will support the Operations Manager and Country Director to interpret, communicate and implement CI policy and processes on all aspects of recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, separation and other HR support services. The HR Coordinator will be knowledgeable and conversant with local labor laws to ensure CI's compliance and apply such knowledge in supporting hiring managers in recruiting new staff. This position is responsible for supervising two support staff: the Office Cleaner and Office Driver/Office support Policies and practices.
