• Well understand with Cambodia law
• Good communication and hard working
• Honest and flexible

• Recruitment and selection staffs/workers
• Managing our staffs
• Conduct our HR policies and principle
• Deal with the workers and ministries
• Translate between GM and workers
• Other tasks assigned by GM
