B.P.C Trading Co., Ltd. is a rapid growing distributor consumer products and construction materials is looking for 02 caliber candidates to fill the position of Administration and Human Resource Assistant.

• Cambodian nationality, 20 - 25 Years old.
• Male and Female
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, law or related field.
• Minimum two year experiences in HR/Admin Function is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person or in writing with individuals.
• Good English communication
• Khmer Unicode Typing
• Able to use computer literate (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail)
• Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest, high responsibility, friendly
• Ability to work in longer and flexible hour
• Team player, self-motivated

• Maintaining all files, ensuring that all correspondence documents are properly kept.
• Arrange and make appointment with candidates for interview and collect CV's.
• Management of Employee List and Insurance, keep updating staff list 
• Managing staff attendance and leave records as such annual leave, sick leave, and other leave of all employee.
• Record and Investigate and understand cause of staff absences.
• Help manager to provide advices and recommendations on disciplinary actions. 
• Prepares input for payroll from finger print system.
• Received, check and inform Admin and HR manager for all administration and HR letter in-out, to make sure that all the letters are going correct and smoothly.
• Do the job assigned by manager.
