Introduction :

Phnom Neang Kangrei Association (PNKA), a local NGO based in Kampong Chhnang province, seeks applications for motivated candidates for the position below.

The incumbent oversights to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative support function to the organizational events and activities. Under the guidance of the Deputy Executive Director, the incumbent works closely with other Admin/Finance manager, program managers and core program to develop and implement the administrative operational plan. The incumbent will focus on an administration, logistic arrangement, procurement, and asset management of the organization.

Contract Duration: 2 years
Starting date: As soon as possible
Salary: 180-210 USD, negotiable and dependent on the candidate’s qualifications

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree or second year student in Business Administration, IT or related subjects
  • Professional qualification and in-depth knowledge in administrative function is desirable
  • Minimum one year professional work experience with NGOs
  • Demonstrate experience in procurement function on goods and services
  • Demonstrate experience of being a team player
  • Proven ability to manage, delegate, and transfer skill and knowledge to colleagues
  • Comprehensive experience in the usage of computer and office software packages (IT skill).
  • Good communications skills, conceptualization skills, and sound judgment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
Job Duties :
  • Executive Director
    • Assisting the Operations Director to take a minute and to fill the report for provincial governor in order to ensure a smooth running of the organization
    • Joining the meeting replace director if needed
  • Organization procedures and expenditure
    • Establish and implement all necessary administration procedures, definition and application of internal rules for materials and equipment use (motorbikes, camera, computers, etc.)
    • Ensure PNKA activities and procedures are in compliance with donor and Government requirements (including Labor Law)
    • Assist the Program/Project Managers to carry out a quotations, bit and purchasing
    • Assist financial officer to scan the original of the financial report
    • Preparing a timesheet, letter in and letter out
    • Payment for motor maintenance, phone cards, desk phone, internet, water and electricity and office supply
  • Human Resources Management
    • Preparing and appropriate contracts and performance appraisal for all staffs to ensure its timely renewal
    • Managing personnel files and keeping record an leave
  • Office Management
    • Translate/type letters or receipt in Khmer and English
    • Update information relate on Website of PNKA
    • Managing and replenish office stationery supply and inventory
