- Develop and manage personnel administration policies, procedures and guidelines
- Manage HRIS system
- Supervise employees in the unit
- Manage all personnel-related administrative letters and documents.
DUTIES:
- Develop strategies and development plan in the unit
- Develop and manage personnel administration policies, procedures and guidelines
- Manage HRIS system by ensuring that all staff records in system are correct, up-to-date and retrievable for effective HR statistical report.
- Supervise employees in the unit.
- Manage all personnel-related administrative letters and documents including employment contract, promotion, resignation, disciplinary action, termination, transfer, etc.
