• Establish and update HR strategy: reward strategy, HR business partner, and talent management to retain and attract talent staff to support the business strategy and direction of YCP.
• Provide expert advice and support to the CEO and Management committee in relation to the MFI's employees to strengthen the employer-employee relationship
• Review regularly all related policies, processes, procedures development and implementation to ensure that these are properly delivered.
• Provide direction and technical advice to subordinates, share information and facilitate problem solving to develop their skills and knowledge
• Facilitate the development of an organization structure to meet business needs and challenges
• Control all services, and logistics served/provided/supplied to staff to ensure they are on time, effective, efficient, right quantity and right quality in order to make staff feel confident and to perform their tasks professionally.
• Manage offices to make sure all offices are insured, secured, hygiene, safe in order to build strong confident to public.
