Job Requirement :
  • At least 2 or 3 years experienced in facility Management and Operation of the residential building or related field.
  • Female / male 20 to 35 years old;
  • Must be able to understand speak, read and write English to a good standard.
  • Other language skills are welcomed.
  • Desire to improve and grow business skills.
  • Specialist in Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint-(good at formatting), POS.
  • Managing properties in an efficient and value enhancing manner.
  • Ability to resolve disputes and solve problems.
  • Directly supervising a variety of staff.
  • Strong leadership and a good team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Managing record.
  • Creativities and innovation idea.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Job Duties :
  • The overall administration.
  • Human Resource Management under Property Manager.
  • To helping a business increase profits by controlling on all the staff activities.
  • Event Planer and preparation support to Property Manager.
  • Co-ordinate and arrange activities accorded to the PM assigned.
  • Keep clean and arrange meeting room, and office in tidy.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings for the management and other Managers.
  • Daily check employee’s attendance and report to PM.
  • Co-ordinate all requisition from other department for Property Manager to get approval.
  • Prepare letters relevant to Property Management Office.
  • Follow up and double check roster from all departments.
  • Keep track for company property offer to employees.
  • Update the company directory and employee’s headcount.
  • Maintain a filing and trace system.
  • Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
  • Assistant managers on the papers work as required.
  • Monthly report of employee’s attendance to PM for do payroll
  • Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments
  • Interact with department and company staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good report, promote team spirit and ensure effective the way communication.
  • Human Resource Responsibilities:
  • Maintains appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and

  • Financial Responsibilities:
