Our brands are various world-class cosmetic products including DIBI (Italy), Ericson (Paris), Oligodermie (Paris), Phyto (Paris), and beauty center a famous is Megabelle.
With our extension experiences in the industry, we distribute and supply the: The clinical, The professional, and The counter cosmetic and hair product. We are distributed to the several leading channel and nationwide distribution.

Now we are looking the person and who want to join with our team within the business growing at the present for the following positions:

- Admin/ HR Manager

Job Requirement :
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management or in any related fields
  • At least 5 years working experience in Admin/HR department with 2 years at management level
  • Age 30 years old up
  • Good command in both English and Khmer
  • Good knowledge of HR function, Local Labor Law, social issues and other relevant regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
  • Good communication, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, decision making and strong leadership, good initiative and a good team player
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access...)
Job Duties :
  • Update and Strengthen company HR &Admin policies and procedures (labor law issues), and ensure the effective implementation of the company policy
  • Develop clear job description and the necessary skills of all current positions
  • Ensure all HR forms will be provided and implemented effective by operation sides
  • Supervise of all administration task such as staff attendance, staff disciplinary action, staff promotions, staff appraisal, staff movement, staff safety, and good workplace environment
  • Coordinate and maintain relationship with the institutions/authorities, ensure to obtain new update regarding to Notification, Prakas, Sub-degree and Degree
  • Make contract, agreement and others necessary documentations
  • Provide support in recruitment & Selection of staff, Staff Orientation, Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
  • Responsible for procurement task
  • Maintain a documented salary & benefit, compensation and attendance that must be reviewed and updated monthly
  • Ensure that the company has all documents, certificates, and licenses that required by the government
  • Work as assigned by BDD and GM
