•  Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration or related fields; 
•  Three years of human resource administration experience; 
•  Computer literacy ( Ms World , Excel, internet and Email)
•  Age at least 25- 35 years old;
•  Honest
•  Hard Working

•  Staff recruitment and hiring; 
•  Coordinate and facilitate in training affair 
•  Developing strategic and development plan for the organization development
•  To Handle of admin /Human resource
•  To handle of Staffs and workers 
•  Prepare and recommending policies (i.e. personnel policies, training policies, compensation policies, etc)
•  Preparing salary and benefit for all staff; 
•  Developing capacity building program and team building; 
•  Follow-up the implementation of policy and other employee procedure
•  Coordinate and facilitate to other managers;
•  Report to CEO,
•  Closely with ministry of labour
•  Check purchasing order of material
