Introduction :

FeedPro KH Company Ltd is a Canadian controlled company operating in the capital of Cambodia, Phnom Penh. Our factory manufactures animal feed products (spent yeast and spent grains), and we ship nationally and globally.

Our goal is to maintain a standard in the industry in which our customers from the United States and Japan can attest to.

Job Requirement :
  • Prefer a business administration, language or law degree however experience and demonstration of skills is more important.
  • Experience in leading and managing workforce performance and expectation is critical and more important. We want demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and manage the workforce field implementation effectively.
  • Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR services from a reputable company which dealing with challenging workforce 
  • Good know-how of Cambodian Labour Law and full HR compliance process 
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to use Microsoft suite – email, calendar scheduling, word, excel and power point.
Job Duties :
  •  Payroll Management
  •  Employment Contract Administration:
  •  Prepare and processing employment related agreements for all employees and securely store employee files with highest confidence
  •  Collecting employee documents as per company policies and labour regulations
  •  Updating contract or other agreements from time to time as per business needs and laws 
  • On-boarding Process:
  •  Take the lead in organizing the orientation of new hires by facilitating with related divisions 
  •  On-going integrating new hires into the company culture, values, mission and vision
  •  Follow up with line managers to make sure new hires go through on-boarding process properly
  • Performance Management:
  •  Take the lead in running and facilitating the performance management—development of KPIs, performance evaluation, performance improvement plan
  •  Facilitate and processing employee recognition and rewarding matters
  •  Conducting exit interview and deal with employee disciplinary actions
  • Training and Development:
  •  Facilitating employee training both internal and external and ensure the training goes smoothly as per expectations
  •  Prepare and facilitate the training appraisal of each training 
  •  Organizing refresher training and company yearly training schedule
  • Recruitment:
  •  Conducting full cycle of recruitment process as per recruitment planning and on-going recruitment needs
  •  Building up a pipeline of talents for company’s current and future needs
  • Compliance and Policy Updating: 
  •  Dealing with all HR compliance matters with labour department as per labour law and regulations
  •  From time to time update the policies following business needs and regulations
