Advanced Power Energy Solutions (Cambodia) Co.,Ltd is looking for qulalified candidates to fill the positions as below :

Position: Admin & HR
Starting Level: Senior Executive Level
Department: Admin Department
Reports to: Senior Management Team

Job Requirement :
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Being able to speak Chinese would be a plus
  • Requirement:
  • Attend meetings and report to The Management Team with minutes of the meeting report
  • Provide daily and weekly report to the Management Team
  • Good interpersonal skill, communication and strong commitment
  • Good knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
  • Hard-working and able to work under pressure
  • To be a have a positive attitude, team player and able to handle multi task
  • To have strong social skills and manage team and staff when required
Job Duties :
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide management support to the Management Team
  • Prepare employment contracts and maintain personal records
  • Responsible for recruitment process, interviews and selections of potential candidates
  • Ensures a strong professional relationship with all employees within the company
  • Ensure development and staff performance reviews/appraisal
  • Prepare, propose and develop training to department employee
  • Support with all departments to create POLICY & PROCEDURE and FORMs
  • Support with all departments to set up Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Flow Chart
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, development plans and company structure
  • Conducting and develop HR/Admin System and compliance with Labor Laws
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
  • Attend to incoming/outgoing mails; parcels; documents etc.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Facilitate transportation and accommodation arrangement for travelling staff and visitors
  • Coordinate car pool arrangement and communicate the schedule to the drivers
  • Arrange couriers/messengers
  • Manage meeting room booking and its availability
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies
  • Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers on office and equipment maintenance
  • Distribute document received from customers to relevant departments
  • Collect and maintain PC inventory
  • Maintain public relations with government officers
  • Cost conscious initiative through process improvement and purchasing
  • Maintain office order and tidiness at all time
  • Keep the reception area tidy
  • Maintain storage rooms and pantry in proper order
  • Support staff in assigned project based work
  • Any other duties requested by the Management Team
