Job Title : Admin Clerk / Sales Clerk

Job Requirement :
  •  Admin Clerk/ Sales clerk:
  •  Keep and maintain contractor related document for director reference
  •  Record minute of meeting for director 
  •  Meeting arrangement/ appointment for Director
  •  Assist Director in translation and Interpretation of Khmer Document.
  •  Must have 1~2 years' experience with construction side admin office
  •  Basic Computer knowledge(Ms Word, Excel...)
  •  Position attitude and well report admin situation to Manager/ director 
  •  Maintain sales report 
  •  Arrange rental contract/ S&P 
  •  Co-ordinate with lawyer for S&P preparation 
  •  Maintain tenant/ purchaser record 
  •  Maintain mthly collection report
  •  Issuing sales/ rental invoice and prepare the sales report 
Job Duties :
  •  Male/Female, Age between 22-35 years
  •  Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Business Admin
  •  Knowledge of using Ms. Office, internet & e-mail & Accounting software 
  •  Preferably candidate with experience in Construction/ Estate Development Company
  •  High patient and responsibility
  •  Can manage multiple tasks at the same time 
  •  Be honest, Responsible, initiative, hard work and can work OT as requirement
