•  Graduated bachelor degree in accounting, finance & banking or business administration 
•  At less one year experience of similar job scope.
•  Sound knowledge of operational accounting duties, proficient in Microsoft Office Application, good command of spoken and writing English.
•  Honest, sincere, trustworthy, tidy, alert, figures literate, hardworking, cooperate, initiative, responsible and a team player activity to prioritize works to meet targets.

•  Key sales collection into ACCPAC system.
•  Check daily/monthly gratis issued from all departments.
•  Check codes of gratis expenses.
•  Prepare monthly gratis issued listing report and sort it by cost center codes.
•  Make and analysis monthly accrual of gratis and other related expenses.
•  Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for Accounts Receivable section.
•  Check and prepare transportation cost for direct delivery.
•  Assist supervisor(s) and manager (s) in routine and ad-hoc duties assigned.
