•  BBA in Accounting / Finance or related field
•  At least 2-3 year experience working in accounting or financial industry
•  Very good command at Ms. Excel and Access
•  Good interpersonal and communication skill
•  Good knowledge in accountancy , tax and basic financial analysis 
•  Good knowledge in accounting software 
•  Flexible, honest, analytical and good at judgment
•  Able to work under pressure

•  Supervising all information from Bookkeeper , bookkeeper’s report
•  Monitor vendors’ invoices and receipts, company’s vouchers , cash and bank account
• Prepare payment slip, Bank reconciliation ,Staffs’ commission and payrolls
•  Produce financial statements , Balance sheet, Income statement , Statement of Cash flows
•  Monthly prepare statements analysis , then report to Director and CEO
•  Tax declaration, devise tax strategies create tax data collection system
•  Update company sale tax data base as tax rate and regulation change
•  Manage and Control Book keeper and Accounting procedure
•  Participate to set up financial policies and procures review , organize annual budget plan
