•  Bachelor degree or diploma/fourth year student in accounting/finance or its equivalent
•  Minimum of 2 years working experience in accounting or cashier job
•  Proficiency in use of the computer Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and calculator
•  Strong interpersonal skill
•  Good command in written and spoken English

•  Able to work independently and meets deadline

•  Daily data entry into Database system
•  Prepare and control all daily report
•  Prepare ledgers & staff salary
•  Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, statement of charges in equity.
•  Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations.
•  Accruals, Fix-assets, revenue recognition & variance analysis.
•  Well manage accounting documents in file 
•  Issue all accounting documents (Invoice, debit note..)
•  Check and verify on payment suppliers
•  Check and price of material and spear part 
•  Clear tax document (VAT)
•  Tax declaration, prepare tax document, tax filling.
•  Monitor monthly financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow 
•  Ensure sufficient supporting document of all financial transaction 
•  Preform other duties as assigned by manager
