Borey Vimean Phnom Penh, under Ly Hour Group, is a well-known company focusing on residential building construction since October 2011 and has been building different types of houses such as Single Villa, Twin Villa, Link House, and flat.

•  Obtained Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related field; 
•  At least 2-year experience in the construction sector;
•  An in depth understanding and working knowledge of architecture; 
•  Be honest, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure;
•  Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload;
•  Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail;
•  Have good drawing skills, 3D, and other architectural software;
•  Be inventive and imaginative;
•  Be passionate about buildings and the built environment; and
•  Care about people and the environment.

•  Produce highly detailed workings, drawings and specifications;
•  Responsible to complete own designing work in timely and efficient manner;
•  Coordinate the work of the project with Engineering team;
•  Carry out regular site visits to check construction progress to monitor compliance with plan;
•  Join to resolve problems and issues that might arise during construction;
•  Assist to file document both hard and soft copy; and
•  Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
