• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent. 
• Must be proficient with Autocad, Sketchup, 3D Max, Adobe Suite and MS Office Suite
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, confident, assertive and independent.
• Diagrammatic skills and the ability to teamwork
• Good interpersonal skill in English and necessary languages and attention to detail.
• Understand CMEDCC Management philosophy.

• Experience working in an Architectural, Interior design or Visualisation Studio.
• Proficient in 3D Max and associated plugins/renderers.
• Proficient in photoshop and post-production of rendered stills 
• Proficient in sketchup modelling on fine detailing in order to produce high quality renders.
• Interest in VR and real-time technologies as well as graphic presentation 
• Produce outstanding still and animated visualization. 
• Co-ordinate with other design team members to capture and reflect design intention on visualization images. 
• Work independently and alongside with 3D Rendering and Presentation Manager to deliver work within deadline, design intention and to design brief. 
• Facilitating creative/art direction 
• Estimating the time and resources to complete projects 
• Identifying and solving complex production problems while maintaining quality. 
• Have a good understanding of the workflow and pipeline for stills and animation. 
• Ensure project deliverables and quality of output.
