• Set weekly sale target & strategies for sale team to achieve
•  Plan weekly & monthly sale target for the whole brands
•  Understand each unique product on types of baby products
•  Set specific zone & location to reach end-user effectively
•  Lead sale team to achieve the sale target set by Brand Manager
•  Update new strategies to achieve sale weekly to Brand Manager
