• Minimum Business or Marketing degree
• Minimum 10 years Sales experience and leading teams
• Broad competence in Lubricants or FMCG products sales is necessary.
• Demonstrable competence in achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge in Automotive sector would be helpful
• Broad set of strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills needed
• Business Analysis skills including SWOT
• Sales Planning, sales processes/methodologies, Pricing Management
• Ability to motivate and train sales people
