• Minimum Business or Marketing degree
• Minimum 10 years Sales experience and leading teams
• Broad competence in Lubricants or FMCG products sales is necessary. 
• Demonstrable competence in achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge in Automotive sector would be helpful
• Broad set of strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills needed
• Business Analysis skills including SWOT
• Sales Planning, sales processes/methodologies, Pricing Management
• Ability to motivate and train sales people

• To develop sales target for each Sales Representative
• Drive & instill sales discipline through pipeline management
• To review sales performance against target with each SR 
• To recruit and provide training and coaching to new SR
• Manage pricings/margins of B2C products and channels in the market
• To assess customer credit performance 
• To gather and compile competitors’ activities
• To propose tactical marketing initiatives with Marketing team.
• To review the entire operating process from time to time to ensure continuous improvement
