• Basic Diploma or degree in Engineering or Science preferred
• OR Minimum 3 years sales experience in B2B field
• Broad competence and acumen in sales is necessary. 
• Demonstrable competence in achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge in Automotive sector would be helpful
• Broad set of strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills needed
• Possess own driving license

• Meet or exceed their individual annual sales targets 
• Retain and win customers and opportunities generating the best returns for the company 
• Discipline in planning customer visits
• Develop multi-level relationships with key customers
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities 
• Effectively use appropriate sales tools and pipeline management
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team 
• Comply with pricing policy and manual of authority 
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
