•  Present the menu to customers and provide detailed information when asked
•  Sell food products in a professional way and give advice to customers 
•  Take customer orders and recommend house favorites
•  Make a clean appearance, keep equipment in an excellent working and clean condition.
•  Answer phone calls from customers and organize deliveries
•  Place orders to kitchen and check the order before serving
•  Serve food and drinks in a timely fashion, always with a smile
•  Keep the service/sales area clean and tidy, take care of product display and decoration
•  Check customer satisfaction and respond to their needs in a professional way
•  Process bills and payment from customers 
•  Communicate with and follow directions from your supervisor
