Location: Lucky Supermarket, at Rose Garden near Koh Pich City.

• A fully qualified butcher with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Experience regarding cutting all types of meats
• Passion for food, cooking and the food industry
• Raw food handling experience within butcher and understanding of raw food regulations
• Fully hygiene and food safety trained understanding the importance of regulations which are set
• Well-presented and self-motivated
• Ability to oversee other raw food areas within the fresh production area

• Day to day preparation of the butcher department, ensure quality product and standards
• Ensure that all food safety, Hygiene and strong fresh standard are met
• Provide a quality level of customer service ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product and to provide the customer with further information regarding storage, recipe ideas etc.
• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment
• Ordering in stock, stock rotation, storage, ensuring stock level and waste control.
