• Feed the line
• Follow up 5 days learning curve to achieve 75%
• Line balancing
• Instruct & assist the supervisor in new styles operation
• Attend to daily production meeting
• Design appropriate tools to support the manufacturing process to improve the efficiency
•  Prepare weekly monitoring report
• Applying Lean Manufacturing Techniques
