Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • 2 to 3 year experience in retail business. 
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office.
  • Excellent organization skills and time management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible in resolving conflicts or complaints.
  • Be able to rotate working time from morning to evening time monthly.
  • Working day: 6days per weeks
  • Must be able for flexible working hours ( Rotate working shift from Morning to Evening and vice versa)

Job Duties :
  • Responsible for the overall sales floor work.
  • Make a proper plan based on annual and monthly KPI to ensure that it will be successfully achieved.
  • Understand tourist market and products supply changes.
  • Understand in-store sales trend and inventory, properly arrange sales, and timely report and evaluate various promotional activities then feedback to superior.
  • Timely communicate with suppliers, make business analysis, then propose corrective action plans. 
  • Timely deal with customer’s complaint, enhance customer’s satisfactions.
  • Investigate on the loss and damaged products, then propose corrective action plans.
  • Responsible for staff training and orientation, enhance staff’s product knowledge and product display.
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring workflow, work standard, and developing working rules.
  • Monitoring, checking all work outcomes in the department. Then make a monthly promotion plan.
  • Have a regular department meeting, make a weekly report then report to superior. 
  • Implement staff evaluation, especially sales supervisor’s working ability and performance, then make a fair evaluation. 
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.
