Job Requirement :
  • Key Success Factors:
    • Qualifications: University student with good command of Khmer, and some knowledge of English
    • Competencies: Pleasant and positive attitude, sales-focused and customer-oriented, highly independent and self-initiated, strong focus on quality and accuracy of work, willingness to learn
    • Knowledge: Understanding of sales, secretarial and administrative tasks
    • Skills: Good interpersonal relationship and basic computer skills and good at conversing on the phone
Job Duties :
  • Report to : Regional Manager – Life Insurance Consultant Channel
  • Job Mandate:
    • They key job function of the Assistant – Sales Development is to help Regional Manager – Life Insurance Consultant Channel make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling with UM/UMT/LIC when appropriate
    • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
    • Dealing with incoming email often corresponding on behalf of Regional Manager – Life Insurance Consultant Channel
    • Organizing and taking minutes meetings and ensuring the meeting is well prepared
    • Booking transportation and preparing business
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems
    • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Key Accountabilities:
    • Direct report Regional Manager – Life Insurance Consultant Channel, Assistant – Sales Development:
    • Undertake a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
    • Ensure SOP and administrative systems
