Sales – On Farm
Sales – On Farm will have hunger and energy to connect farmers’ needs with company services and products to improve farm production and profit. 

• University degree , preferably in Agriculture or business
• 2 year experience in sale and customer service in agriculture company
• Delivering great customer experience and building strong customer connections.
• Uphold company values
• Strong commercial thinking
• Some level of English to work with computer system
• Knowledge of farmers and agriculture
• Honest, reliable, hard working, willing to challenge, proactive and willing to listen and learn

• Identify customers, establish and maintain close customer relationships in your area
• Work with customers, on farm, to determine their needs. Answer questions.
• Provide technical training and or offer solutions to these needs. Note, you will be given much technical training. Plus, many technical experts in Company will help you.
• Ask for the sale. Get the sale. Communicate sale orders to Branch.
• Look after your customers. You must be willing to go to farms by yourself
• Do Sales Reporting
• Use your great ideas to do sales promotions and gain more customers.
• Other duties assigned by Branch Manager or other managers.
