Cambodia Advance Communications Ltd or “CADCOMMS” aims to be one of the leading telecommunication services providers in Cambodia. The company was granted its telecommunications license in 2006 and launched its services in March 2008. CADCOMMS operates a 3.75G mobile telephony service using the ‘qb’ brand under a concession granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia (MPTC).

We are serving both the corporate and consumer markets and our goal is to be the most advanced and recognized mobile phone service provider in Cambodia. Furthermore, to support our customers, we have a customer service centre in Phnom Penh and many more are planned in other cities in Cambodia to ensure our customers have easy access to, and support from our highly skilled service staff at any time.
We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill the positions below:

- 

• Bachelors degree Engineering, IT, or Computer Science preferred
• 2+ years experience implementing data warehouse designs, DBA qualification & Billing is preferred
• Understanding of the definitions, analysis and reporting outputs from the data warehouse
• Ability to create standards documents, data design documents and system diagrams
• Writing ad-hoc queries based on schema knowledge for various reporting requirements. Writing / tuning data ingestion procedures from external suppliers and partners using PL/SQL, sql loader, 3rd party tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards in website development and content accessibility
• Comprehensive knowledge of web development application packages such visual studio
• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, XML, C#, .NET, scripting languages, and cross-platform web accessibility standards
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server/Oracle 9i/10g/11g/MySQL , PL/SQL including tuning.
• Experience with Unix/Linux in a multi-domain environment including basic commands and shell scripting.
• Oracle Recovery Manager, Import/Export (and Data pump), SQL*Loader, DTS packages.
• Oracle performance and tuning skills including server configuration and tracing facilities.
• Experience of managing multiple RDBMS on large systems.
• Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service.24/7 support of production database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our business systems.
• Management and maintenance of back-ups & recovery procedures.
• Producing database health check reports.

• Implement, maintain and monitor database (Oracle, MySQL, Sql Server).
• Maintain and monitor database Services environment.
• Design, create and maintain business reports.
• Create, manage and monitor multiple databases for all environments.
• Provide general troubleshooting expertise for MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle backed applications.
• Assist with maintaining security and appropriate access to databases for developers and users.
• Design, implement, and manage database logging procedures.
• Identify and design opportunities to improve database performance through tuning and queries.
• Identify and document database processes and resources.
• Manage database servers and disk resources as required to maximize
• Performance (CPU, Disk I/O, Memory).
• Collaborate with business owners on needs and translate them into analytics/reporting requirements,improved data management and delivery.
• Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, visibility and value.
• Implementation of new BI tools and design of Data Warehouses to enable the business to perform real time reporting.
• Enable fact-based decision making and ad hoc analysis using data mining and reporting tailored to the needs of the end user.
• Deliver data exports in an easy to understand format that summarizes the data at a high level and contains the detailed information for targeted analysis.
• Design and build reports and analysis using existing reporting
• Responsible for design and implementation of web pages or web server for the company.
• Responsible for maintenance company existing web servers such as DSS, POS, Marketing Intelligence, or Vehicle Booking management websites.
• Provide support or fix issue on POS for sale team or supply chain in order to run POS smoothly
• Build new POS feature for Sale and supply chain.
• Other tasks will assigned by Line Manager
