- TPC is recruiting ន្ត្រីបម្រើអតិថិជន ចំនួន ០២ នាក់ សម្រាប់សាខាខណ្ឌចំការមន (រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ) និងខេត្តកំពង់ចាម

• រៀបចំឲ្យមានទម្រង់ប័ណ្ណ (Forms) សម្រាប់ប្រើបា្រស់ឲ្យបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រប្រតិបត្តិ​ការ ប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ។
• ស្រង់ព័ត៌មានពីភាពត្អូញត្អែរ (Complaint) របស់សាធារណជន - ​អតិថិជន ទាក់ទងនឹងការ​ប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផល សេវាកម្ម និង​សីលធម៌ក្នុងការបម្រើ ហើយរាយការណ៍ជូនអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទាល់ និងថ្នាក់មាន សមត្ថកិច្ចពាក់ព័ន្ធឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងទាន់ពេលវេលា។
• កត់ត្រា-បញ្ចូលទិន្នន័យទៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ និងថែរក្សាទុកដាក់រាល់ឯកសារ របស់អតិថិជនដែលមកទំនាក់ទំនង និង​បានប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផល-សេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារភូមិ ឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។
• ជួយសម្របសម្រួល និងផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានទៅកាន់ផ្នែកជំនាញសាមីពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់ធនាគារភូមិឲ្យបាន ត្រឹមត្រូវ និង ទាន់ពេលវេលា ។
• សិក្សាស្វែងយល់នូវព័ត៌មានដែលទាក់ទងនឹងការធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការបើកគណនីជូនអតិថិជនដោយត្រូវតាមដានជាមួយបញ្ជី (AML Detection List) ឲ្យបានតឹ្រមត្រូវករណីមានការសង្ស័យត្រូវរាយការណ៍ជាបន្ទាន់ជូនអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង និង​ថ្នាក់មានសមត្ថកិច្ច។

• កត់ត្រា-បញ្ចូលទិន្នន័យទៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ និងថែរក្សាទុកដាក់រាល់ឯកសារ របស់អតិថិជនដែលមកទំនាក់ទំនង និង​បានប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផល-សេវាកម្មរបស់ធនាគារភូមិ ឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។
• ជួយសម្របសម្រួល និងផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានទៅកាន់ផ្នែកជំនាញសាមីពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់ធនាគារភូមិឲ្យបាន ត្រឹមត្រូវ និង ទាន់ពេលវេលា ។
• សិក្សាស្វែងយល់នូវព័ត៌មានដែលទាក់ទងនឹងការធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការបើកគណនីជូនអតិថិជនដោយត្រូវតាមដានជាមួយបញ្ជី (AML Detection List) ឲ្យបានតឹ្រមត្រូវករណីមានការសង្ស័យត្រូវរាយការណ៍ជាបន្ទាន់ជូនអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង និង​ថ្នាក់មានសមត្ថកិច្ច។
