- Sales Engineer – Feed Milling & Grain Logistics

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the process industry
• Good knowledge in Feed milling process and grain storage system
• Experience in Project Engineering will be an advantage
• Competencies
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good listening skills and understanding of customers’ needs
• Strong technical know-how to provide high quality consultation
• Creative with solutions
• Task focused and target oriented
• Ability to work independently and as a team player across departments
• Eager to learn and constantly seek to improve professionally through technical and other trainings

• Sales responsibilities for Feed milling and Grain Logistics Business Unit in Cambodia
• Regular customer visits and relationship building
• Business development for existing and new customers
• Identify market opportunities, competitors and pricing and prepare market analysis report to include personal views and proposals once every three months
• Regular update of information of potential customers in the CRM
• Open communication and frequent update of market information to the Regional Sales Manager and supporting team e.g. Quotation
• Good flow of information from customers to internal departments who are involved in the chain of process e.g. Quotation, Engineering, Technology, Customer Service and Administration
• Comply to Buhler guidelines for pricing, contract and payment terms
• Order intake and price quality
• Manage sales budget and be responsible for sales expenses
