• Graduated Bachelor’s degree in business , marketing or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or related work, especially in fertilizer
• Good communication, self-motivated, proactive and result- oriented
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Able to work in province ( priority person that know Kp Thom, Kp Chnang,Pursat, Battambong, B.Chey)
• Good computer literacy

• Propose planning and execution of sales & marketing for territory to effective and efficiency 
• Committed to strong growth in market-share and target achievement along with sales target plan and company strategy
• Follow up work closely with Depots, dealer, wholesaler, retailer and the end user
• To develop , increasing all kind of customer  & network
• Finding authority contact information for area
• Provide marketing information from direct user & indirect user to Sales & Marketing manager
• Collect market intelligence, timely and accurately submission of competitors and performance report on a regular basis.
• Committed exactly budget for sales & marketing department
• Flexibility to find the solution on time at the field
• Committed with schedule of action plan per week  
• Control & expansion the distribution channel
